Our role
Options Credit is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. We provide an online service that connects applicants with independent, provincially licensed payday lenders. Any loan you receive is a contract between you and that lender, on the lender's terms.
Eligibility
To use our application service, you must be the age of majority in your province, a resident of a Canadian province where payday loans are licensed, and able to enter a legally binding contract.
Your application
You agree that the information you provide is accurate, complete and your own. You authorize us to share it with licensed lenders and with service providers who verify identity and income, as described in our privacy policy. Providing false information may be fraud and may lead to your application being declined.
No guarantee of approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee you'll be matched with a lender or approved for a loan. Loan amounts, costs, due dates and all other terms are set by the lender within the limits of provincial and federal law.
Information on this site
Content on optionscredit.ca, including calculators and guides, is for general information. It isn't financial, legal or tax advice. Calculator results are estimates based on the legal maximum cost, and your loan agreement is the final word on your costs.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting applications on someone else's behalf without authority, attempting to access systems or data you're not entitled to, or interfering with the site's operation.
Intellectual property
The Options Credit name, logo, design and content are owned by Options Credit or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Options Credit isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, or for the acts or omissions of lenders or third-party service providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Third-party links
Our site links to government and third-party websites for your information. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of [Province] and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting consumer protections in your own province of residence.
Changes to these terms
